best service. whole team is exceptional.
There is a great group at the marina, and the marina pub and events are fun. The management is putting a lot of effort into making The Lake House and the pub a destination and it seems to be paying off. The addition of food to the pub's menu has been great, and the concerts are lots of fun. The marina itself could use some love, especially for the cost of the slips. Things need to be painted, trash service should be restored, and it would be nice if the marina staff were friendlier. Someone should be in charge of making sure that litter from the concerts and one-day boat renters is cleaned up each morning. It's also annoying to pay for the bathroom, but know that many people who visit the marina have the code to use it, so it's not as clean as it should be. This was a challenging year, given the weather conditions, so we hope next year will be better.
Marina staff is very helpful and professional.
We enjoyed our time, the staff is great!!
Poorly maintained. Reduced services ie no trash, poor restroom facilities. Primarily a concert venue.
Very friendly and extremely professional.
Less than one star. No reasonable access to water throughout the entire season, so a very expensive boat storage option. No reasonable discussions about reimbursement at any level. Marina Management so greedy as to not even return the "Hoist Fee" when there is not even a hoist in place. Terrible experience and will never return to Cherry Creek.
Great. Friendly staff.
Time for an Update to marina that is almost 50 years
Phil was very helpful. Thank you!
Lots of fun things going on this last weekend. Love Pelican Bay.
They keep a watchful eye on my boat and were helpful with covers and ties.
Positives:\nProud to bring family and friends to this venue.\nNegativies:\nPay for 7 mo. of water and Exutive bath but tipically get 5.
Pelican Bay is my absolute favorite and so happy to be a part of their Dockwa family. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming and I can't wait for next season!
Working with Phil is great he is very professional and easy to work with\n
We love it! The convenience gets you out on the lake more.
