Location, location, location. The marina is one canal in from the Gulf Of Mexico. This means you are minutes away from open water. While docked, you can hop off your yacht with floating docks and walk across the street to the beach where you have private access to the pools hot tub and private beach at Barefoot Beach Resort, our sister company, you can eat at the fantastic onsite restaurant, Mad Beach Moorings and enjoy a couple minute walk to the world famous John's Pass Village with hundreds of shops, bars and retail boutique. Enjoy the all inclusive services of power, water, pump out, Wi-Fi & cable. As one of the new owners, we are local and very involved. I ask you to please discount the negative review from best friend of Shirley who was the old dock master that was fired when we took over and replaced by Jack and Ximena who as a team, run a fantastic one of a kind great marina. Ask yourself who really is happy about their replacement. Thanks, for the class act of going out of your way for your grudge, team Shirley. We are committed to being the World Class Marina on Florida's West Coast.

Convenient to where I was staying and loved the floating docks. Dockmast Ximena was great to work with, very accommodating with the slip assignment.. Highly recommend.

Great location Pool and hot tub Walk everywhere

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool just steps away. Free Self serve pump out. Convenient access to Beach and lots of action on Johns Pass. Back in slip at high tide.

I love this cool marina that is protected in a no wake zone with nice floating docks , the fish house restaurant, pool and a bathroom with a shower . And Shirley the Dockmaster is the absolute best ever. Very helpful and accommodating she wants her guests to be happy and she treats them like family. I love this place.

Perfect! The docks are quality in great condition, pump out at each slip, the marina area is clean all over,and they have a swimming pool!!! absolutely calm waters. Big beautiful boats are docked in this marina, I felt tiny in my 34’ Luhrs but they had no issues accommodating me and my dog Kahuna. So close to all shops and restaurants, bike remtals, . beach access just across the street. This marina is perfect. I will be back. Thank you so much.

Do not buy a boat from Shirley Nelle she misrepresents her ability to complete deals and then refuses to refund your money. She tried to stick me with a $215,000 boat. Do not trust her. Bad news. Run away!

The boat slip was great. Easy to dock. Hose available for washing down the boat. Patti was an excellent dock master.

Average marina stay. Positives - Location is quite close to beach and John’s Pass boardwalk. Really appreciated Jerry’s help with our first pump out. Negatives - Wi-fi range insufficient for our slip. Having access to both pool and showers was great. Both were a bit tired, though.

Dockmaster Shirley could not have been more easy to work with. Great floating docks with shorter finger piers. Awesome location, free laundry at a great boaters lounge. This place is a hidden gem! We’ll be back!
