Another great couple of days in Carolina Beach! The mooring field is outstanding with plenty of swing room between boats and well maintained buoys and mooring lines. The 2 dinghy docks are well maintained and in protected areas. A very well stocked Publix grocery store is maybe a 15 minute walk from one of the docks. Clearly Carolina Beach sees the value in attracting transient boaters and done a great job of making this mooring field hassle free and extremely reasonable ($20 per night).
