I was beyond disappointed in this marina. It is extremely overpriced for the level of service. The deli closed 20 minutes before they are supposed to and there are extremely rude. We showed up at 20min till the hour and begged the one staff member there for ice, when he finally agreed to open up the ice chest for us he said it was cash only, as I am pretty confident he just pocketed the money. The dock master was no help for any questions we had and honestly does not know how to tie off boats. I was blown away by this as every other harbor we visited in thE BVI’s was fantastic.
The staff there in general was extremely unorganized and seemed to be annoyed when you asked for help.
The amenities were awful; showers are gross and the fitness center was a train wreck.
