Request made to stay, their calendar showed availability. No response received from Marina. Could not plan our sailing route as waiting for response- delayed our holiday by 1/2 day. I also sent a direct message to Marina but also did not respond to this. Extremely disappointed as would have expected a much higher level of customer service and communication from this Marina.
