We stayed here for a big weekend and it was great, staff very helpful. We loved the view from the pool along the Hudson. The bar next to the pool was great, awesome bands (dj's well they are dj's) the bartenders were always trying to get you something. We never at at the Hudson Water Club (the restaurant at the marina) prices were as high as NYC, but the bar menu was great. Sorry to say I can not comment on anything outside of the marina except if you went by boat, great bay and beach directly across the river to swim in, ran up to West Point which was great also. Just the run up the Palasades was awesome, this is not a big boat marina we met a lot of people from S.I. N.Y. with 25 footers
