Definitely not the “premium” resort advertised on their website. The good- The beach bar and pool were great. The bands were great. The bad - Our reservation was messed up which caused confusion on arrival. The restaurant service was incredibly slow for bad food. We sat for 20 minutes before getting water and it took an hour to get appetizers. During that time we only got drinks one time. The food was mediocre at best and they ran out of all salad. The bathrooms were beautiful, but why they use the cheapest toilet paper on the planet is a mystery. The men’s toilet seat looks like it came from truck stop. Come on guys! These are cheap and easy fixes! Garbage was piled up outside the dumpster like the pyramids of Giza. Gross…. Probably won’t come back.
