First time at Stock. At 1:30 today we hailed the dockmaster. They confirmed our slip assignment. No one met us at the dock. We got tied up. We couldn’t get the power to work on our transient
slip. We called the office/ went to the machine. We hailed them and they said they’d send someone. I went to the ships store to beg for help. No one came for an hour and a half after we tied up. Decent facilities, worst service we’ve ever had.
Stock made a complete recovery. They said our experience is not typical. We ended up having a great time and the staff and facilities were great.
