Bass Bay Resort

As a family we have been making a yearly fishing trip to Bass Bay for approximately the last 10 years. We have experienced little or no disappointments or inconveniences in that matter of time. Last summer during our yearly visit we had an unfortunate incident regarding leaving our cabin unlocked while fishing. The owner was notified and a complaint was made. This complaint was not addressed until after we had left the resort. A phone call from the home office was made and a return call from the owner was promised. This did not occur and it was assumed that the matter was resolved. You know what they say about assuming. This year upon attempting to make our reservations for this year we were informed that per the owner we are not allowed to rent at their facility any longer. This is how an unfortunate incident in which the customer was in the right but the owner has decided to handle it in this manner. Very sad and disappointing.
