We ducked into Bohemia Vista marina unexpectedly to ride out a gale that was forecast, and were pleasantly surprised. The approach is a little nerve wracking because the Bohemia River is very shallow - in fact the chart showed 7' - 8' while our fathometer read as low as 4.7' in places. But Chris talked us in and it turned out fine.
We tied up to a clean, sturdy concrete floating slip with help from Chris and a dockhand.
Once secured we found somewhat basic but nice and clean facilities: a clubhouse with big-screen TV with comfortable couch & chairs, 1 washer & dryer, and 1 bathroom with shower. As I say, sort of basic but clean & well maintained. There's strong WiFi throughout the marina and Chris lives on site and is always available to help with any problems. No restaurants on site or within walking distance, but several will deliver here.
Overall a pleasant enough experience and we would stay here again.
