This is a smallish marina located on the GICW. The slip we were faced the ICW. Although it is a no wake zone, we were rocked frequently by inconsiderate boaters. The floating docks are in great shape. Pump out in the slip. Water pressure was not great. Some have complained about the WI-FI signal being poor, we did not find that to be the case. Although the WI-FI is slow. The restaurant at the marina was busy, we had dinner there one night. There is no UBER in Venice, and Cab service is slow to arrive.
