Nestled in the heart of historic Fernandina Beach, Fernandina Harbor Marina is a premier location for boaters traveling the Intracoastal Waterway and beyond. Fernandina Beach is home to many restaurants, bars, shops, and boutiques which are only steps from the marina. Located on mile 716 of the ICW near the Florida/Georgia border, Fernandina Harbor Marina is the perfect stop on your coastal journey.
The two nights were perfect. Easy slip assignment as requested and the staff was extremely helpful with docking and fuel. Thanks for another great visit to Fernandina!
We loved this marina! Deckhand Mike was outstanding, the marina is well secured, and the town is very quaint and charming with many shops and things to see. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 was because it is a bit pricey.
Fuel dock staff was very helpful and friendly.
Met at dock. Helped with tying up and electric. It was a DeFever Rendezvous. Lotsa beautiful boats and nice people. Walk to town. Showers fine. They are individually private. With your own door. Needed a mechanic for a miner problem and called ahead and dockmaster gave me a list of service providers. One came close to 9pm and problem resolved. Met all my needs in a dock. Was it the most beautiful spot ? No, but I would go back there. The purpose of this trip was to transport my boat from Cocoa Village Marina to Hinckley in Savannah. A trip with a very specific purpose.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Offering places to eat and sites to see
As good as always. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Staff was super helpful. Marina was clean and cared for. Fernandina is always a good stop.
Very poor customer service from dock staff. Bathrooms were very dirty. The most unprofessional experience that I have ever had at a marina in 50 years. The city Is working hard to grow tourism. The town itself looks fabulous and there is a lot of great things happening here. I do recommend that the city have some place where visiting boaters could park a car nearby. The marina parking lot has no parking at all between 2-5am. Even if it’s paid parking, at least let us park in the marina parking lot over night. Just odd to me why that has to be like that. If they replace unprofessional and terribly rude staff and clean the bathrooms every day and twice if busy, it would be a whole different experience. This is a public marina, please act accordingly! I paid over $600 to be yelled at, hung up on and called a liar. I will stop short of the whole story as it would be very unflattering for this sweet little city that works hard to do better every day. Just know that the public marina is the life blood of this town and being mean to the very cruisers that support it is never a good idea. Public sentiment matters and the rude and hateful treatment I received was uncalled for in all respects.
Love this place. The marina is top notch with great staff and excellent facilities. The city is a gem. We stop here without fail going either north or south!
This is a nice marina with floating docks, skilled and helpful dock hands, and great access to town and restaurants. The showers were clean but a long walk from the slip.
This marina is always friendly and easy to access right on the ICW. The proximity to the town and restaurants is the best. We ate at Mezcal, recommended by the marina, and it was fantastic.
We were told by marina staff before arrival that we would receive MTOA discount. We were told to put our MTOA number in comments when making reservations. We did this. Upon receiving email receipt no discount was given. This is poor business.
Great location and staff!!
Incredibly helpful, professional dock personnel. Slips and facilities are in great shape, Historic District is literally right off the docks. A must stay on Florida's First Coast.
We had a very good stay at Fernandina. This was our third visit, and aside from one issue with power a year ago, we've been quite pleased. Fernandina is a great little town, and the marina provides easy access. The staff are great and helpful.
Nice concrete docks. The slips aren’t secure, no key cards to enter dock area. The showers are filthy, full of mold. No paper towels to wipe your hands using the toilets. The lounge is only open until 1700. Shockley expensive for services.
