Use NOAA Chart 18653.

To reach the harbor inside Point Richmond, Pick up quick flashing red “2” off the Southampton Shoal Channel in San Francisco Bay. Heading southeast, you will enter Point Potrero Reach, and then head toward flashing green “1” and flashing red “2” into Brickyard Cove, which has four- to eight-foot depths.
