Navigating the Water:
Use NOAA Chart 18653.
To reach the harbor inside Point Richmond, Pick up quick flashing red 2 off the Southampton Shoal Channel in San Francisco Bay. Heading southeast, you will enter Point Potrero Reach, and then head toward flashing green 1 and flashing red 2 into Brickyard Cove, which has four- to eight-foot depths.
