Our flagship facility is located just south of downtown, in historic Coconut Grove. The 580 slip marina (Florida's largest wet slip marine facility) provides modern comfortable berthing accommodations in a park-like setting to transient, long-term, and commercial dockage liveaboard customers at very reasonable rates.
Dinner Key originally served as base of operations for Pan American Airway's famed flying boats, the Clippers, and plenty of history has been retained in the area. The original Pan Am terminal building (next door to Dinner Key Marina) now serves as Miami City Hall, although it has retained its historic charm. Nearby is Villa Vizcaya, former home of International Harvester founder James Deering and now a public museum. A short walk from the marina lands you in the heart of Coconut Grove village, where you'll find a fashionable retail and entertainment district, along with the world renowned CocoWalk.
The City's 225 vessel mooring facility lies just offshore from Dinner Key Marina, in Coconut Grove. The facility features moorings constructed of high quality steel helix anchors coupled with Helmken “StormSoft” upline/buoy systems designed to safely accommodate vessels to 40'. The facility accepts transient and long-term moorage customers, and offers a variety of services and amenities, including Harbormaster's Office & Lounge; restrooms, shower, and laundry facilities; dinghy dock with customer shuttle vessel service; vehicle & bicycle parking; trash pickup and recycling. The facility will accept only seaworthy vessels, properly titled and registered, in full compliance with federal, state, and local maritime laws and regulations. A detailed description of the facility's policies and regulations can be found by clicking on DKMF RULES®. For further information please contact Dinner Key Mooring Facility at (305) 329-4762.
