We had an amazing experience at this marina! We stayed for 3 days, and the service exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We arrived late at night, and the team kindly waited for us, making the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Kemal, the manager, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the complimentary hotel cabana, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Oliver, the Dockmaster, who was always available and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience to say the least!!!! We were charged for a stay that ultimately did not happen and have continued to experience issues obtaining a refund. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has been frustrating. Beyond the refund concerns, the marina felt poorly managed and disorganized. There were safety concerns around slip conditions and surrounding watercraft, and the docks themselves were extremely tight to navigate. Overall, this did not feel like a professionally run operation. I would strongly encourage management to improve communication, refund processes, and guest safety standards.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Cool location in North Miami. Unfortunately every slip is just feet away from the heavily traveled Collins Ave. Sitting outside with all the traffic in not enjoyable. I think it's a great spot to travel to for an overnight and enjoy an evening out but not so much for a 3 night stay when you just want to relax on the boat.

Great stay. In the middle of the action on Miami Beach. We ate lunch at the pool at the Alexander Hotel. Nice to have that access. What made our stay awesome is the Dockmaster, Oliver and his pooch, Bambi. Very welcoming and Oliver helped us with our lines as well as finding a diver to look at our bow thruster. Walked the dogs across the street to the beach one morning. Not a quiet marina but overall a good stay. Thank you Kemal. Oliver and Bambi!

i had my 70' yacht at KDM for 6 months. Great location with very attentive management. It is located in safe intercostal subdivision on indian creek. Small, safe marina, close to miami beach. highly recommend it

Really like this marina. It’s in a solid spot, there’s a resort right across the street with pool, beach, and gym access, which is super nice. A couple hotels nearby too. The free trolley and bus stop are right next to it, so it’s super easy to get around. Chill spot overall, Great vibes.

Been a tenant for a few years now, great admin and dock master.. I like the valet parking and great hotel accommodations. It is very secure, and there is a lot of supervision from hotel guards. All utilities included, docks are in good condition, and plenty of deep water for large vessels. Everything is close, restaurants, and entertainment. Nice Marina!

Good service. Only complaint is that there is no gate or controlled access to the boats.
