Welcome to Sunset Harbour Yacht Club, a 125-slip Equity Membership Yacht Club with slips from
45 to over 150 feet, depending on draft of the vessel.

Sunset Harbour is located in Miami’s famed South Beach area. This state of the art marina
combines the most modern yachting facility in Miami with unparalleled personal service and the
quiet seclusion on Biscayne Bay.
Each slip is equipped with fresh water, electrical service, telephone, cable, wireless internet, a secured personal dock box, and, except for E Dock, an individual waste pump-out line.

Sunset Harbour Yacht Club has an Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness center, air conditioned
restrooms and showers, laundry room, boat cleaning service, fuel service, concierge service,
dock attendants, and indoor valet parking.
Located just minutes from Government Cut and near South Beach, Lincoln Road and Bayshore
Golf Course, Sunset Harbour Yacht Club is the place to be.

Sunset Harbour Yacht Club is constructed to the highest marine standards. Each slip has electric service, fresh water, telephone with voice mail, wireless high speed internet access, digital satellite tv, a personal secured dock box and head pump-out line.
