This place is a dump with horrible management! If you wish to complain the management will not give out the foreign owners information. They lie about security (which they have none). They lie about security cameras (they have them but they do not operate). Stuff gets stolen often. They make promises that they do not keep. Once you get there you are on your own. Talk to anyone that works there privately and local people and you will get an ear full of negativity. As one local business owner stated "Mingo will tell you anything and lie to get what he wants from you". Hope this helps keep someone else from having a terrible experience like me!

Huge improvement in the last 60 days since the new owners took over, we have diesel, gas, a store thats open regular hours, snack bar, clean rest rooms and services. Restaurant & tournaments in the near future, We use to have to explain to new boat owners that this wasn't a marina but merely a place you parked your boat. It now is starting to turn into a marina. thank you Michelle & Howard, and all involved good job
