River's Inn Restaurant fronts Sarah's Creek on the York River at Gloucester Point, Virginia with scenic views and succulent coastal cuisine. At home on the nurturing Chesapeake Bay, River's Inn provides an inviting and hospitable harbor for relaxation, rejuvenation and fine repast. Our menu features foods from area purveyors grown at local farms, caught in local waters and prepared in our seasonally changing entrees.

River's Inn is the ideal place to dock after a day of boating the rivers or Bay or a lazy drive along the Colonial Parkway. Our Crab Deck welcomes with a casual outdoor atmosphere and easy comfort foods that include fresh crab, fabulous burgers and sandwiches and favorite beers and beverages.

The River's Inn is currently closed on Mondays
Tuesday through Sunday we're open:
11:30-2:00 for Lunch
5:30-9:00 for Dinner
Public WiFi Information

York River Yacht Haven offers free year-round public WiFi access. WiFi is available to every slip in the marina and all of the common areas. Our WiFi service utilizes a high-speed internet connection and has 4 outdoor main broadcast points, 1 indoor main point, and 5 outdoor repeating points as well as one indoor repeating point making a total of 11 access points throughout the property. The map below is a satellite image showing the approximate locations of all the access points and their type. The large blue indicates outdoor main broadcast points, the small blue is an indoor main, the large greens are outdoor repeating points and the small green is an indoor repeating point.

When visiting York River Yacht Haven, to obtain access to the wireless simply have your computer scan for the nearest access point and connect. No password or token is needed.

Occasionally you may receive an error that it will not obtain an IP address, or that you have "Limited or No connectivity". When either of these occurs try a different hot-spot, if you get the same result please notify the ship's store. What causes this error is either you are too far from the hotspot and can receive its transmission but cannot in turn transmit back as the equipment on our side uses boosted signals and stronger antennas to cover such a large area or on a rare occasion the server has not released the IP addresses that were previously in use and has simply run out of addresses, after we are notified of this problem it is normally remedied within 10 minutes.
