Beautiful clean facilities, nice people and a great restaurant! Close to Historic Yorktown and Colonial Williamsburg. Needed more than 2 days!

York River Marina is a very nice stop to make for a well run facility with pleasant and helpful staff. We would definitely use them again.

The facilities were just right! Clean, quiet and relaxing. We love swimming in the pool during the day and fighting the back creeks in the evening! A must stay!

Excellent marina, great on site restaurant. If you are here a few days, there is not much else. Close to Yorktown, but not always easy to get an Uber. We walked out to route 17 for breakfast at a nice diner, and were able to Uber to Yorktown from there. Lovely pool. We were here during an unexpected squall with high winds and our boat was secure. Friendly mariners for whom this is home port were helpful post storm when we needed a ride to the local hardware store. The marina store has some items, but not extensive.

Good except pedestal tripped Preston was a great help in getting it fixed

A true gem of a marina in a lovely setting on the north shore of the York, just across the bridge from Yorktown. Beautiful facilities, docks, pool, and showers. New laundry facility being installed while we were there indicates continuing investment. On-site bar / restaurant is really good. Absolutely fabulous staff made us feel welcome.

Our stay was fantastic! The pool, the restaurant, floating docks , amazingly clean restrooms on a holiday week!!! Dockwa made it so easy! The laundry facilities were down because of remodeling. Otherwise would give 5 star!!! We will stay again fore sure!

Great marina, calm water, friendly staff, good restaurant.

Staff is amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly and were helpful. Be careful with strong south westerlies as docks A, B and C are exposed. We rarely need help coming or going but needed help getting off B dock with 10-15 SW. Asked for and quickly received line handlers so A+ to them. Note to other cruisers- call the marina and ask if the laundry renovation is complete if you need laundry. We came here needing to do laundry but it’s closed so had to hand wash our clothing. Showers were clean. A HUGE plus is the onsite restaurant. Excellent food at good prices. Overall we felt we got a good value here.

Highly recommend this marina. We originally scheduled to be at York River Yacht Haven for 2.5 weeks and ended up staying a little over a month, due in part to Hurricane/Tropical-storm Ida and a boat issue. Those unexpected events turned out to be a blessing. This was a great and safe haven to be at. Lisa, the Dock Master, and her team were friendly, understanding, and flexible to work with; they made us feel like we’re home versus being transients. Eddy and his maintenance team were friendly and hardworking; they kept the bathrooms and pool clean everyday. They didn’t miss a beat even through the Labor Day weekend. Speaking of the pool, it is one of the best marina pools we have encountered thus far. Besides being clean, it’s large and with plenty of tables, seats, loungers, and fully functioning umbrellas. YRYH is definitely on our list to stay again if we return to this area next year and the future.

Not a bad experience, we were caught in a storm and had to seek shelter, forgot to cancel slip. Messaged marina after explained problem but have never heard back from them. Was charged full price.

This is like a second home. Wonderful people, great place.

NIce Well kept Marina. the Store is basically a west marine, which couldn't be more convenient for anything from boat parts and clothing. the docks are in good shape. the Restaurant was very good, and they had a band playing by the outside bar. The only thing i thought was kinda of odd, was that they had no trash cans anywhere, you have to walk across the parking lot to throw out trash in the dumpster, and that isn't a huge deal but i believe that just leads to people littering.

The dockage is excellent, with very nice surroundings but the men”s restrooms should be refurbished. Right place for visiting Yorktown.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice to have use of a courtesy car. Docks were perfect! Other boaters very friendly and helpful too. Definitely would go back!
