I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0 stars. I can't believe this place has been open for years. Property is fenced, No one answers phone, website isn't accessible, and entire property & boats on it all look long ago abandoned. Sad, as it could make a great 'safe' stop in addition to nearby Hancock's Marina - for all those Loopers in slow boats that have trouble making it from the C&D to Cape May. - Capt. John
