My husband and I were going to lease a slip here. My husband turned in the application last Saturday, with my name appearing on it as well. The woman he gave it to (along with a money order) said I could've done it, since we're married.She said I could return to sign the agreement. Everything quickly went south. The manager was agitated and couldn't find the lease,questioning me as to why the girl did not have it prepared if she told me to come and sign.She continues on in a loud and accusing tone. I'm being yelled at that I'm being untruthful. At this point I am getting loud back it appears that is the only way to get a word in because she will not stop yelling. She then calls someone to confirm that I cannot sign and begins to yell at me again "who would lease to you, you have no income, no one would ever lease to you" and "why would my assistant tell you that, she didn't". At this point I yelled back "why would I lie about this?" It was terrible. I finally yelled out "customer service, try it, it goes a long way" I was informed that she didn't need to have any because her marina was full and she would stop our lease. I agreed, she then yelled at me to get out of the office and never return and to have a nice day. I said have a nice day and kiss my a**. She voided the agreement she refused to return the $350+ money order, my husband will need to pick that up. She yelled at me like I was a dog and then called me a liar.
