Just bought a new smaller Bryant boat from Anchor and the Owners and staff at both Anchor Sales and Anchor Marina have been professional, friendly and more than helpful. Even prior to closing the sale, Jack, one of the staff members took some time to show us around and gave us some good information about the marina (he didn't know who we were or that we were even buying a boat). Matt, who sold us our boat has been more than helpful answering all our questions about storage options, pricing, marina operations...and when we took possession of our boat, Derrick did a great job of familiarizing us with all the operating systems and basic maintenance checks. Going above and beyond normal customer care...Matt who was off work after closing, saw my wife and I at the docks and took time to come over and check to make sure we were good.
