new name, some dock repairs, same old shit. i was up this weekend to check on my boat, damaged from the launch. hopefully that gets taken care of but i won’t hold my breath. tried to reach the manager at the office but it wasn’t open at 9:30am. hopefully this year is better but it’s starting off horribly. if it stays the same it will be my last year here after 12 wonderful seasons, we have made many friends however with the rate increases and lack of services and a manager who is never available it may just be time to move on.
Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize about the damage on your boat, we assure you it was inadvertently done. The Landing's manager Anthony was unaware of this situation and if you are able to provide us with additional details about the damage we would be happy to assist you in any way that we can. Our marina is closed until May 7th, after which Anthony can be reached at the office during official operating hours which will be posted shortly on our social media accounts, and will be sent out in an email to all of our boaters. Our rates have increased due to the various renovation projects being undertaken on the property including updating washrooms, landscaping, and dock repairs.
