We arrived in foul weather and followed the instructions provided, there was no answer on our VHF hail. Eventually I called the Marina number by mobile number, I got a recording and left a message. I was called within the next 30 minutes and told that the mooring I was randomly on was OK. Though the mooring pennant was too thick to go through my bow fairlead, the only advice I could get was try another one, we were in very windy conditions.

We are very sorry to hear about your issues with the staff and communication. We have a new management team and dock master in place for 2021 and are in the process of making updates to the property, restaurant and adding to our amenities (including allowing both slip and mooring customers to use our showers). We hope that you'll give us another chance to make the right first impression.
