The Harbormaster was organized and helpful. The emails and information received from Dockwa was great. The staff has been very friendly and answered all our questions in a pleasant way. We had a very good experience here this year! I meant to give a 5 star rating and not sure why itโs showing 4 stars.
We will be receiving monies on July 1 for renovations on the showers. As the summer season has begun we can not do the restoration now. The way the Town works is we have to go to Town meeting for the funds and then once approved we can proceed when the funds are available after July 1. We do our best with what we have and try to accommodate to the best of our ability. Please excuse us for one more year as this is going to be a work in progress. We have a brand new staff this year with many still training. Please give them time to learn the ropes as most of our staff are brand new.
