The Harbormaster was organized and helped direct us to our mooring. The emails and information received through Dockwa was helpful. The staff was less helpful when we asked questions about the mooring locations, moving and departure times. The showers were very dirty and in bad condition. They looked like they were not cleaned at all yet this spring. The floors have paint peeling and the walls are filthy; full of spider webs, layers of dust, dirty q-tips stuck in the shelf and obviously not cleaned regularly. One shower stall did not have a shower curtain and the shower stall with the curtain was full of mildew. The filthy and deteriorated condition of the showers and bathrooms make a very poor impression of the Edgartown Harbormaster to visiting boaters.
