Marina is Owned and Run by The City of Windsor. Docks are not free floating but dredged often. Staff is friendly and improvements are underway, with new office building and walkways around dual boat launch ramps. Two new transient docks have been added spring of 2015. Pictures are a little out of date last 2 docks are now the new transient docks.
This Marina no longer exists. It has not been dredged, all docks falling apart and unsafe. Owners do not want any boats in marina.

Direct route into the main Detroit River channels. All docking slips are free floating. Only downfall is there is no break wall to protect from heavy waves from watercraft and wind.
