Great customer service from all employees. New, clean bathroom facilities, free use of washer and dryer. Dockage rates are competitive and available for overnight, weekly, monthly, annual stays. Restaurant and bar with live music next door, not too loud to keep you away. Very close by (5 min walk) are all the stores you need, restaurants, fast good, pizza, Mexican and more. The marina is gated and the docks have gates too, which are all accessible to tenants only. Ample parking, beach with fire pits, nice landscaping, racks for kayaks and paddle boards. It’s a little community by itself with both power and sailboaters hanging out. Great place to either stay overnight, or spend a couple of months to be away from hurricanes. Planning on coming back next year!
