Genuine, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Peaceful environment. Quaint town within walking distance. Access to classy restaurants. Guidance for new boaters. Helpful dockhands. Meaningful, thoughtful amenities such as bikes, DVDs, and sharing library.
We were new to boating. Dock hand gave bare minimum guidance. Office help check in very minimal. Didn’t even tell me about the bathroom code. Food opportunities minimal, at best. Only greasy carnival food available. No consistent, regular hours for office nor restaurants. It felt like we were bothering the staff and they didn’t want to work.
