I came in for fuel a couple weeks back and I’ve got to say that the staff needs some serious customer service training. Katelyn was great, real friendly, I think she’s been there for a while now. But the new girl could afford to crack a smile once in a while. The attitude really made the place seem less than welcoming for the first time in a while.

We are sorry to hear you were somewhat disappointed with your experience at our fuel dock recently. As is the case every season, we were in early training at that time, so I would fully expect the customer service to improve more and more each and every time from here on out. We will make sure that it DOES. But it's also good to hear back from people regarding anything and everything at our Marina, so thank you!
