We (79 years old) were berthed in the old Boat Yard and not with our Club members in the new part of the marina. We were so far away we never used the new bathhouse and pool, etc. The piers where we berthed were in poor condition and not what you should expect for the the price we paid for the stay.
I'm sorry you do not feel you received value for money. Our transient rate is in-line with other properties with very similar age/condition docks as those found at our boatyard, and while we do try to place visiting vessels at our newer floating docks this is not always possible because we do get very busy. We do our best to communicate this at the time a reservation is made and also offer a golf-cart shuttle during business hours and bicycles for rent any time.
