I wish i could give less than 1 star. This place is awfully bad. The owner is a scam artist. They quote work for a price, then add all kind of charges adding 1000's to your invoice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. PS There's no water or electric hookup. The docks are sinking and in very bad shape. The actual number of usable slips is 4 and they are not available
