My husband and I just returned from an overnight on our boat at Otter Bay Marina. We felt like we was on vacation at a destination resort, even though we only had to travel 30 minutes from Sidney to get there. On arrival, Managers Tara and Dan greeted us like we were old friends and made our stay extra special. In the midst of a heatwave it was amazing to have access to their beautiful pool and stay cool. We had morning coffee and baked goods from the little coffee shop sitting in one of their many seating areas overlooking the marina, and later enjoyed a delicious chicken wrap and ciders for lunch from the same cafe. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The little store has many of the necessities that you might need on a day trip or overnight stay. We have already booked to return on the long weekend with friends, as well as another 2 night stay in the middle of the month. Otter Bay Marina is officially our new "go-to" place to stay in the Gulf Islands.
