No docking assistance even when dockmaster was given plenty of notice that we were being towed in a disabled boat. After he said he would have a couple guys there. Never checked on us. And it was in regular hours
I'm sorry you feel we didn't meet your expectations.
When you called on Friday morning looking for a slip and explained that you were a catamaran with only one engine working, we assigned you a very easily accessible 115ft long T-head and offered to help you tie up but you said you were going to wait out in the Tred Avon until a tow boat could bring you in. Considerably later when the tow boat had you underway, the tow captain hailed our dockmaster - who at the time was helping two other customers fuel up - and said he was fine and did not need any assistance. At this time of year with the dock kids back at school we have minimal staffing, but even so would have been happy to help had you waited for Jeff to finish up with the two boats already alongside.
