Over crowded
Not easy to communicate with their staff ...they direct you not to call them or use vhf...stating they wont answer
Put us in shallow water (no slip ...moored to other boat) and had to come and go based on high tide...
In the reservation system one of the first descriptions of Payne's is that we are a rafting marina. One of the other descriptions is that we do not use a vhf radio because we use the telephone.
