The overall facility was ok. However the first night I was there (5/18), I returned to the boat rather late (2am) and my gate code did not work. Thankfully the security guy was there. I saw he was in the car and tapped on his window. Unfortunately he was reclined in his seat, mouth open, fast asleep. After tapping progressively harder, he finally woke up, righted his seat and scolded me for tapping on his window. After making me try the not working code once again, he begrudgingly slammed his car in drive, pulled forward the 20 feet to the gate and tried my code. Still not working he was able to let me in with his code but made it very clear that this would be the only time that he would help. Needless to say, it was not an overly positive experience.
