Very friendly and accommodating. Although a predominately fishing oriented marina, the management there couldn't have been more friendly and supportive. We have a small sailbaot (Compac 16) that we had entered in the "Texas 200" event (http://texas200.com ) in 2019. We needed somewhere to Put in, plus store our car and trailer for 5 days. They offered us the use of their facilities at no charge....including storing a car and boat trailer for multiple days. Beware though, Marina is shallow at the boat ramp so use with care.
