As always, Dolphin sets the standard! The dock personnel are knowledgable, available and friendly, and of course, the blueberry muffins and coffee brought alongside in the morning are wonderful.
Allowing for the disastrous winter events in Port Clyde, we were very disappointed. The rate on $50/nite for mooring is about standard in Maine now, but “not sure Wi-Fi is included “ plus $5 for shower is a bit much. Despite an empty float, I was told to shoehorn at the public dinghy dock, unless I wanted to pay to tie my dinghy up for an hour or two while in town. They won’t fill their empty mooring like that. They can be much better (and used to be).
We've spent several nights on GIBY's moorings- always a pleasure. Great friendly staff, exceptionally clean restrooms & showers and well-protected moorings with all of Quahog Bay to explore. Friday night gathering on the deck was great, and breakfast at the cafe was a very nice break from cooking onboard. We'll be back!
