We enjoyed our stay in Hampton. There was a significant amount of construction on the marina building, it doesn't appear much if anything has progressed since February. Even with the construction, it did not impact the use of the facilities, restrooms or showers. Which were clean and orderly. I noticed the Hampton PD regularly walking foot patrol along the marina. We had a great time, Hampton has a lot to over, even for just a quick overnight stay.
Great overnight stay. Definitely will return in the future. Staff was helpful and courteous. Town was beautiful with extremely friendly residents. We ate at the Blarney Stone and Mallards, both restaurants I would recommend. Don't forget to take an evening stroll around the town to check out the gorgeous homes
