Over the weekend I stopped in at Orwood Resort for a bite to eat, It is always a pleasure to go their. It is very clean, the food is good and the people are always friendly. It has been a while since I went their. It looks to me like they put new launch ramps in. I would recommend this place to everyone. They have done a great job at keeping up on this place.
I have been going to Cruiser Haven Marina for well over 15 years. I went their over the weekend and was very disappointed in how run down it is. The whole marina has gone down hill. The docks are unsafe, the bathrooms are filthy, most of the slips are empty and there is no one their who can help you. (if your crazy enough to want to rent a slip), which also means no security. Ten years ago I would have recommended this Marina to everyone. The location is great because it is located right on the fast water. The picture posted on this site must be 15 or more years old.
