The harbor master team is terrific. Very welcoming - Excellent communication and care. We had a medical need for protected battery charging - harbormaster very accommodating. It was a wonderful visit.
Nantucket launch service great! Timeliness of service impressive. Also good ice. We had Emily, Will and Matt - they were friendly and efficient. Managed some challenging winds. Made the trips in and out easy for all. Thank you!
On both trips in this past week the Harbormaster directing to the mooring was very helpful. And on the phone when I was unable to get same-day confirmation from Dockwa. Mike was terrific - he seems to do it all - pump-out, instructions to the waterbar, launch. Great ambassador⛵️
