We arrived and they were expecting us, called me by my first name which I was impressed at how prepared they were. A big thank you to Michelle who helped us prepare for our trip; in addition, to helping us make reservations for the aquarium. It was a fantastic marina - they had a live acoustic guitar player as we sat and had drinks and dinner listening 6 feet apart.

NoReportThe staff was fantastic. Jenn was welcoming and helpful. We were NOT told that there were NO SHOWERS available and that there would not be a bar tender on staff. We wouldn't have been so disappointed if they wouldn't have charged full price.

However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the absence of showers and a bartender on staff, we understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be and we apologize. Unfortunately, we were short-staffed during the pandemic but we take full responsibility for not properly informing you of these issues ahead of time and we will make sure to rectify this situation for all of our future guests.
We understand that you feel you were charged full price despite these shortcomings, and we apologize for any frustration this has caused. We value all of our guests and we will be taking steps to address these concerns and make sure that these types of issues are not repeated in the future.

NoReportAnother great experience at the Pine, 1st class. As we pulled up, Connor was waiting for us and incredibly eager to help. He knew his stuff and helped quickly tie the boat up...even did a creative pattern with the lines. Thank you Connor - our compliments - you helped make our stay even better.
