Nice pleasant staff. Not a good value at all compared to other marinas close by. No discount for weekday stays. Terrible dirty tiny bath house. Marina is under construction June 2020 so transient slips must go to the yard which is literally 1/4 mile away from the pool. That said, there was a wonderful restaurant next door named capsize.
I am a little surprised by your statement that we are "not a good value compared to other marinas close by". From what I understand, at least 3 other Oxford locations are totally closed to transients due to concerns over ongoing pandemic. Yes, we are under construction and have been making people aware of this at time of booking, we clean all our restrooms at least twice a day, and our pool and clubhouse are open for use.
The distance from the head of I-dock to our swimming pool is 1300 feet, and 650 feet to Capsize. One has cool, clean water and a great view, the other has cold drinks and good food. I guess the choice is yours whether you turn left or right, but if you were tied up at the marina you'd have to walk nearly 2000ft to get to the drinks!
