Crew are very professional and proficient. They know how to handle docking and are more than willing to assist. Went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. Hot water for showers remains questionable.
Outstanding experience. Excellent, friendly, professional staff provide any assistance necessary. Always available and ensure dock policies are followed. The facilities are very good - bathrooms are kept meticulously clean, washer / dryers available. The bathrooms are now air conditioned - you don't get that in too many places! Showers are excellent. Top tier facility!!
Staff were helpful with docking. Facilities are well maintained. Trash cans were emptied frequently so there was plenty of space for trash disposal
