Insufficient power. We require basic power. Sunset marinas power is only 180v. If you require 230v or 208v 100amp at a minimum. Do not go to this marina unless you’re okay running on generators.
Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to improve our services. To clarify the situation, your initial reservation made was for (2) 50 amp services, which we're more than capable of providing. Upon arrival, you immediately asked for two additional 50 amp services, totaling (4) 50 amp. We were only able to provide (2). If you had made your power requirements clear when the reservation was made, we would have directed you elsewhere. You also left 2 large bags of trash on our pier rather than utilize the dumpster accessible to you. Our goal is to provide top-notch service and our 22 years proudly serving Casco Bay reflects that. We wish you all the best as you travel this summer season.
