Quiet, convenient bathrooms. One thing, I rescued a woman last night who had fallen in while docking, she could not climb out, just happened to be walking down dock and heard her cry out. Pulled her out on the pile hardware, otherwise I would not have been able to. Ladders in the slips might think about. IMHO
