4 Stars for location. 3 star overall. New York City Parks manages this Marina. Great staff and easy access to the city. Poor holding at anchor must watch carefully until good hold is achieved, multiple mooring balls but no mooring for multihulls, only anchorage or slips.
Inexpensive compared with everything around Manhattan.
