Danny, the Dockmaster and his staff (Ally, etc) are extremely cognizant and intentional about providing excellent customer service. They go out of their way to ensure that the cruising guests are welcome and that their needs are met - as much as possible. They go the extra mile - i.e. they not only allow guests to send packages to the marina office, they actually deliver them to your boat. Their very pleasant demeanor and welcoming accommodating attitude are what make this marina — one of choice and excellence. When in the area, we will always choose Docks at Downtown Hampton.
