Terrible Dockwa is a joke. Upon arriving at our destination our spot that I paid for was not clearly marked and no one could tell us were we were supposed to dock our boat. After calling numerous times the desk clerk said to be patient and the boats that were in our spot would be leaving. After being on your boat all day you don't want the hassle of wandering or hoping that you have a slip to dock your boat. I will not use Dockwa ever again. And I will in all possibilities tell other boaters not to use Dockwa to book a boat slip. Terrible and Deceiving
