Dock was in really good condition and had water and electric. Great for combining hotel stay. Very calm location. Good communication through Dockwa messaging. Our boat is 25’ and we had the inside space. Low tide was a little tight to get by bigger boat that was docked also so would advise bigger boats to take outside spot.
